Gentle pressing, clarification of the must and further fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to maintain all flavours and aromas. Aged in cement vat for 7 months and bottled successively.
The name of the wine comes from the name of the San Lorenzo’s Church, property of Castelvecchio, in pure Romanesque style located at the entrance of the winery the only still standing from the XII Century.

100% Trebbiano Toscano grapes.
Manual harvest of Trebbiano Vecchio, old vines of 40 years, with training system Guyot, situated in San Casciano Val di Pesa.
CHARACTERISTICS
COLOR: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
BOUQUET: Intense with hints of yellow flowers and white pulp fruit and citrus notes such as cedar and lemon, slightly spicy with white pepper.
TASTE: Round and warm, dry, good freshness, acidity, persistent flavor.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13.5%
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Wonderful with seafood, fresh cheeses and vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif. Serving temperature 10°-12°.
