An exclusive wine tasting experience awaits you in the hall of the Castelvecchio villa (dated 15th century) located in the heart of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini production area,

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and will consist of:

• Meeting and welcome at the company.
• Brief introduction on the family and history of Castelvecchio.
• Upon request, a quick visit to the vineyard (weather permitting).
• Visit to the cellar and explanation of the main production and aging techniques.
• Let yourself be fascinated by the panoramic terrace overlooking the landmark of our cellar: the cypress.
• The sit-down tasting will be held in the tasting room or on the panoramic terrace.
• Tasting of 3 Chiantis and a white with a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan bread.
• Tasting: San Lorenzo, Santa Caterina, Il Castelvecchio, Vigna la Quercia.
  To finish, our characteristic sweet wine: the traditional vin santo (“holy wine”) paired with dark chocolate.
• Each tasting will be carried out by our sommelier or the owner for a pleasant chat about the Chianti production area, the territory and our labels.

For your information, each tasting is made by appointment from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm & 2pm to 5pm.
