FEATURES
COLOR: Deep ruby red.
BOUQUET: Mature red and dark berries, intense, very fragrant with balsamic notes and hints of herbs.
TASTE: Full bodied, fruity with spicy hints, light savoury and mineral, elegant body and harmonious tannins, good persistence in the aftertaste.
GRADATION : 15%

SOMMELIER’S TIPS

I recommend opening the bottle 15 minutes before serving. It can be combined with pasta dishes with savory meat and cheese sauces, stew vegetables or with second courses, grilled or roasted. I recommend serving the bottle slightly cooled to 16°-18°C.
