We are waiting you for a wine tourism experience in the villa of Castelvecchio (dated 15th century) where we will visit the ancient cellar and explain the production techniques and the production area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini, after which we will taste our artisanal wines in the tasting room accompanied by our extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan bread.

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and will consist of:

• Meeting and welcome at the company.
• Brief introduction on the family and history of Castelvecchio.
• Upon request, a quick visit to the vineyards (weather permitting).
• Visit of the cellar and explanation of the production and aging techniques.
• Welcome glass on the panoramic terrace overlooking the landmark of our winery: the cypress.
• The sit-down tasting will be held in the tasting room or on the panoramic terrace.
• Tasting 3 top labels of the company with our extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan bread.
• To finish, our characteristic sweet wine: the traditional vin santo (“holy wine”) paired with dark chocolate.
• Each tasting will be carried out by our sommelier or the owner for a pleasant chat about the Chianti production area, the territory and our labels.

For your information, each tasting is made by appointment from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm & 2pm to 5pm.
