Gentle pressing, clarification of the must and further fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to maintain the typical flavours and aromas deriving from the grape. Aged in cement vat for about 7 months with regular batonnage, than bottled.

The name of the wine comes from the name of the San Lorenzo’s Church, property of Castelvecchio, in pure Romanesque style located at the entrance of the winery the only still standing from the XII Century.

CHARACTERISTICS

COLOR: Pale yellow with golden shades.

BOUQUET: Intense with notes of white pulp fruit as pear and hints of citrus as lemon peel, notes of yellow flower as broom or linden, with a lightly hint of spice as white pepper.
TASTE: Medium body, round and dry, good sapidity and with a freshness that re invites you to another sip, good persistent aftertaste.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 13,5%

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

A chilled glass as aperitif or with pasta dishes with vegetables or fish, main dish as white meat or fish-seafood, fried plates or with vegetables cous cous or rice salad, fresh cheeses and vegetables soufflè. Serving temperature 10°-12°.
